What is Scroll of Amnesia in Diablo 4?

If you like to try out a completely new build in Diablo 4, and don't want to spend millions of gold at a high level to refund both your skill points and the entire Paragon tree, then the Scroll of Amnesia is a VERY valuable item.

According to the latest data from WoWHead, the Scroll of Amnesia in Diablo 4 has an item description reading: "Refunds all of your allocated Skill Points and Paragon Points."

Once the item is used, it will be destroyed. To be clear, this is a once-off use item. It requires a character level of 60 to use. 

How To Get Diablo 4 Scroll of Amnesia Item

You will need to complete the entire Season Journey in a Diablo 4 season to get one Scroll of Amnesia, as this item is a final reward reportedly obtained after completing seven out of the nine objectives in Chapter 7. 

It is also important to note that a Scroll of Amnesia is only obtainable via a Diablo 4 Seasonal Character.
