Diablo 4 Mythic Unique Crafting With Runes & Requirements

Do you have some Resplendent Sparks lying around in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred from completing the Seasons Journey or maybe even salvaging an unwanted Mythic Unique item? Instead of crafting a random Mythic Unique with 50 million gold and x2 Resplendent Sparks, you can craft a specific one you really want, including the uber Harlequin's Crest, by spending a combination of 18 Runes and x2 Resplendent Sparks.

If that sounds complicated, don't worry, we've got you covered. Take a seat, Nephalem, and learn how you can craft Mythic Unique items in Diablo 4 using a combination of Runes and the coveted Resplendent Sparks.

Crafting Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred

At the Jeweler, you can use x2 Resplendent Sparks and a combination of Runes to craft specific Mythic Uniques. There are nine (9) of these mighty and rare items in the game currently, which means there are many Rune combinations to craft the one you really desire.

At the time of writing, you cannot craft The Grandfather, Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander, and Doombringer, despite what many other guides on the internet will lead you to believe.

Please note that you do require x6 of each of the three Runes to craft one of the Mythic Uniques alongside x2 Resplendent Sparks. We've listed the Runes in order of rarity, with the first on each list being Legendary, then Rare, and finally, Magic.

Harlequin Crest:

• Eom
• Lac
• Ton

Andariel's Visage:

• Tam
• Qax
• Xan

Melted Heart of Selig:

• Vex
• Thul
• Tun

Heir of Perdition:

• Jah
• Que
• Gar

Ring of Starless Skies:

• Ohm
• Tzic
• Cem

Shroud of False Death:

• Bac
• Kry
• Moni

Tyrael's Might:

• Lith
• Feo
• Tec

Shattered Vow:

• Xan
• Ner
• Teb

Nesekem, the Herald:

• Yul
• Wat
• Tal

So, how difficult is it to craft specific Mythic Unique items with Runes and x2 Resplendent Sparks? Well, I've already found three Mythic Uniques (Tyreal's Might, Nesekem, the Herald, and Shattered Vows) by killing Uber bosses, but I've only received x2 Eom drops (needed for a Harlequin Crest) and x3 Bac drops (needed for Shroud of False Death). Heck, I haven't even seen one Poc drop!

So there you have it, all the Runes required to craft each of the Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred. Keep in mind that Blizzard can adjust these values in the future, as I do believe the requirements are a bit too high.
