Diablo 4 Drums of the Vault Seneschal Brazier Bug Fix

Diablo 4 Season 3 is officially out, featuring brand new questlines, bosses, a battle pass, and much more. One of these is the "Drums of the Vault" quest, which is one of the starting quests of the season. However, players are currently unable to proceed beyond Seneschal Brazier after reaching the Gatehall, as they are unable to interact with it.

Blizzard has officially acknowledged the bug, and players have also shared the fixes that we have mentioned below.

How To Fix Diablo 4 Drums of the Vault Seneschal Brazier Bug In Season 3

Players are encountering the Drums of the Vault Seneschal Brazier bug in local co-op mode on consoles, as per Blizzard, and they are working on deploying a fix. So, they have asked players not to play this quest via local co-op on consoles until they release a fix later this week.

"We would like to let players know that there is a quest currently in Season 3 titled 'Drums of the Vault" that is leading to a progression blocker for players on local co-op. We are working on a fix for this and plan to have this out later this week. We will update players once this has been addressed. A workaround for this is to not play this quest via local co-op on consoles until the fix has been released." PezRadar, the Community Manager at Blizzard, posted on the official forum. 

Apart from this, for some players, simply enabling or disabling crossplay in the game has solved the bug for them.

On the other hand, for some other players, logging out and logging in multiple times has worked magically. Again, keep in mind that there are a lot of players for whom both methods haven't worked, so we recommend you to follow Blizzard's fix in that case or wait for the hotfix to arrive.
