The Dolmen Stone is not an uber Unique, but it is very difficult to get. If you do not get super lucky with a world drop, then there's a way to "farm" for the Dolmen Stone Druid Unique.

This item drops from the Echo of Duriel endgame uber boss. While the drop is not guaranteed, it is in the Echo of Duriel loot table, and this boss does have an increased chance to drop Unique items, even those Uber Uniques. This means killing Echo of Duriel is the best way to farm the Dolmen Stone.

To summon Echo of Duriel in Diablo 4 as the final endgame boss, you will need two types of summoning materials, namely Mucus-Slick Eggs and Shards of Agony. After getting enough summoning material, you can fight the Echo of Duriel for a chance at getting the Dolmen Stone to drop! Keep in mind that you will need to repeat the process of farming summoning materials every time you want to face the Echo of Duriel, so getting the new Druid Unique amulet definitely isn't easy.
