Dead By Daylight Mobile: How To Migrate Your Account

Dead By Daylight Mobile has undergone some major changes as of March 2023, bringing the game more up-to-date with the PC and console versions of the game and even introducing some features that aren't available on other platforms. This new Dead by Daylight Mobile update will require existing players to migrate their accounts. Here's how you can migrate your Dead By Daylight Mobile account and access your purchased and earned content on the new app.

How To Migrate Your Dead By Daylight Mobile Account

There are two different methods to migrating your account after the 15th March update; a standard account migration, or manual account migration.

Standard Account Migration

  1. Download the updated Dead By Daylight Mobile
  2. Log in to Dead By Daylight Mobile with your existing account
  3. After logging in to your account, click on Account Migration
  4. Confirm your Account Migration
  5. Wait for your account to migrate, staying in the Dead By Daylight Mobile app

Manual Account Migration

  1. Open the old version of Dead By Daylight Mobile
  2. Log in to the old version of Dead By Daylight Mobile with your existing account
  3. Find your player Cloud ID in Settings
  4. Copy your player Cloud ID
  5. Download the updated version of Dead by Daylight Mobile
  6. Log in through any third-party account (Facebook, Apple, Google, or Game Center)
  7. After logging in to your account, click on Account Migration
  8. Click "Migrate using a migration code"
  9. Paste the player Cloud ID you copied
  10. Wait for your account to migrate, staying in the new Dead By Daylight Mobile app

Account Migration Compensation

While most assets will be transferred over to users' new accounts, not all of them will. Here are the rewards all players will receive in return for account migration, and those rewards that will be given out for items that cannot be transferred.
