Dark and Darker Early Access To Be Delayed Due To Lawsuit

On the Dark and Darker Discord, developer Ironmace Games has released a statement on the situation stating that:

"We truly hate not being able to communicate as freely as we usually do, however due to the sensitive nature of our current situation, we can't divulge too much information right now. I know this isn't the announcement everyone wanted to hear but we needed to let our fans know that the Early Access release has been delayed a bit. Just know that we are working on a ton of things to ensure the game gets out to you as soon as possible. We ask everyone to hold the line just a little longer."

Dark and Darker is a first-person dungeon crawler/battle royale game that allows you to pick from seven different character classes and fight in a Player versus Player versus Environment situation. You fight enemies to gain loot and then use that loot to try and become the victor of the round. 

Earlier this year, South Korean company Nexon alleged that Dark and Darker had similarities to one of their games, with police raiding Ironmace's office over the allegations and the game being delisted from Steam thanks to a DMCA notice.
