You must complete the new Over the Edge quest to get David's Edgerunner jacket in Cyberpunk 2077. To begin this mission, head to the Santa Domingo district and look for the "?" in the Megabuilding H4 in Arroyo.

Once you have started the quest, getting David's jacket is relatively easy. Watch the BD that contains the clip from the Edgerunner anime to get acquainted with David's story. Next, you will have to text El Capitan Reyes for more info on David's whereabouts.

After that, Falco will reach out to you in a day or two and direct you towards Capitan Reyes, where you will find David's jacket waiting for you. You will find the jacket in a case at the top of Badlands Dam, next to Reyes.
