BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 Schedule: Dates & Times
The BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 runs from 19 to 29 January 2023. This is an offline LAN event taking place in Denmark, Copenhagen. It is considered an S-Tier CS:GO esports tournament.

BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 Format
The BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 tournament format is a bit complicated, as it features three stages. Check out an explanation of the three stages below, starting with the Group Stage.
Group Stage:
- Three (3) Double-Elimination (GSL style) groups.
- Four (4) teams in each group.
- All matches are best-of-one (BO1).
- No teams are eliminated, but they are seeded based on their standings into the next stage.
Play-In Stage:
- Three (3) single-elimination brackets.
- All matches are best-of-three (BO3).
- The winner of each bracket qualifies for the Spring Finals.
- 2nd and 3rd-place teams advance to the Last Chance Stage.
- 4th placed team from each bracket advance to the Spring Showdown.
Last Chance Stage:
- Single-elimination bracket format.
- All matches are best-of-three.
- Winners of this stage qualify for the Spring Finals.
- Losing teams all go into the Spring Showdown.
As you can see with the outline of the BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 format, no teams actually get completely eliminated, and getting to the Spring Finals early is the main prize.

BLAST Premier Spring Groups Prize Pool

There's a total prize pool of $177,498 USD on the line at the BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023. The top six teams make their way to the Spring Finals, while the bottom six teams will need to duke it out in the Showdown. Check out the prize pool and points distribution below.
- 1st to 3rd place - $27,500 and 2,400 BLAST Premier points.
- 4th to 6th place - $17,500 and 1,200 BLAST Premier points.
- 7th to 9th place - $8,500 and 900 BLAST Premier points.
- 10th to 12th place - $5,666 and 600 BLAST Premier Points.
