Creatures of Ava features four unique regions to explore, boasting diverse biomes that will challenge Victoria when exploring these regions. As such, her health and stamina will be imperative and, therefore, important to keep an eye out for, as there are ways to best manage and improve their levels over time.

Yes, there are ways in which players can significantly improve Victoria's health levels in-game, but it does require a few items and the knowledge to manage them efficiently. This guide explains how players can increase Victoria's max health levels and the requirements to achieve this in Creatures of Ava.

How To Increase The Max Health Levels In Creatures Of Ava?

During their explorations of Ava, they will encounter infected and wild creatures that can subsequently attack Victoria and deplete her health. While we've previously discussed how Healing Brews can help recover some HP, there are other ways to increase or recover health fairly quickly other than relying on Healing Brews.

The first way is the Strong Healing Brew, which is the higher variation of the Healing Brews; however, players won't be able to get their hands on it once they've unlocked the Jungle Gates to explore the Nari Jungle. This is due to a handful of resources exclusive to the Nari Jungle, meaning they'll have to rely on the standard Healing Brews to recover 30 HP when consumed.

Another way players can recover health or HP in Creatures of Ava is to look to their Skill Tree and unlock the Vitality I and Vitality II skills. These specific skills will increase Victoria's max health bar, which the Vitality I skill bumps from 75 HP to 125 HP, while the Vitality II skill further increases it by 50 HP to 175 HP max.

However, Research Points aren't required to unlock these skills; something else is needed to unlock these skills: Health Kits. Health Kits are upgrades that can be found through exploration in the open-world environment, which can be challenging, especially as they're often locked behind locked areas and story quests.

The Tamûra Grasslands would be the first region where players can begin to find Health Kits which the Vitality I skill requires two Health Kits to unlock, while the Vitality II skill needs three Health Kits. There are three Health Kits to find in this region before heading into the Nari Jungle, where they would need one more to unlock the Vitality II skill, which would be valuable to have before heading to the Mâruba Swamp region, as enemies will be much tougher to overcome.

This is due to the Antar Dunes not having any Health Kits to find; therefore, it's important that players find all the Health Kits in the Tamûra Grasslands, the Nari Jungle, and the Mâruba Swamp regions. It's also worth mentioning that there's a consumable they can acquire, Health Boosters, which can increase the max HP while slowing health regeneration over time.
