After an exciting day 1, it's time to say goodbye to our first in Group B of the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024. It is an unexpected matchup to see in a Group Stage elimination match, as one of the favorites, Team Vitality, will face off against G2 Esports for a place in the playoffs at the OVO Arena Wembley venue in London.
G2 Esports took down Vitality at IEM Dallas 2024 to claim a first-place finish, with Stewie2K standing in. However, that stand-in magic didn't work out too well for G2 against Team Spirit, as Spirit reverse-swept G2 on Day 1 with their coach TaZ, standing in for m0NESY. Vitality fell to Virtus.pro's dramatic reverse sweep in a match that was too close to call.
