In the Playoffs of the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024 at OVO Arena Wembley in London, we saw Vitality send FaZe Clan packing in the first quarterfinal match with a 2-1 win. No, it wasn't ZywOo who topped the scoreboard. Instead, it was 20-year-old entry fragger Shahar 'flameZ' Shushan, putting up arguably his most impressive Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) performance of his career thus far.
Across all three maps, flames boasted an average HLTV player rating of 1.31, an ADR of 89.2, and 51 kills compared to 40 deaths. It was, however, flameZ's incredible impact, finding opening kills time after time, which gave Vitality the edge they needed to beat FaZe.
On Mirage, for example, Shahar "flameZ" Shushan pulled off an incredible four kills in the 9th round to shut FaZe down, damaging their economy and putting them back on pistols.
