With the arrival of COD Mobile Season 4, the Chicom has received an upgrade, and that means it's time to take a look at the most effective loadout. Considering the unique style that the submachine gun has, it can be tough to decide what attachments are best.
There are two approaches that can be taken with the Chicom, and they cater to ranged battles or close-quarters assaults. With the new buffs, medium-ranged fights have even become more viable, especially with the updated damage multipliers. But should still stick to the close-quarters build in Season 4.
COD Mobile Season 4 - Best Chicom loadout
Most of the Chicom loadout attachments can be based on mobility and accuracy in COD Mobile Season 4. At a base level, the submachine gun offers a ton of great default benefits. Because the weapon is a burst fire, each burst has tons of damage, and up close, it devastates. The burst also makes recoil manageable, so only range and accuracy must be fixed.
- Barrel: MIP Light
- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
- Rear Grip: Granulated Grip Tape
- Stock: MIP Strike Stock
- Laser: OWC Laser - Tactical
This loadout overall is going to look different than most other submachine gun loadouts in COD Mobile Season 4. On the Chicom, the MIP Light barrel is going to give a 10% boost to ADS speed which will help in getting the upper hand up close. Considering the Chicom is best used in aggressive encounters where bursts melt enemies, the ADS speed is integral.
The Monolithic Suppressor is used mainly for the 25% damage range boost that it provides. Having the additional silencer on it is a great bonus that will help in staying alive. Other attachments can give boosted range, which this weapon needs, but it comes at the cost of far more recoil and mobility deficits.
Next is the Granulated Grip Tape, and this attachment is fairly standard across the board. It's nearly a 12% boost to bullet spread accuracy, which this weapon needs on bursts. The above attachments also detract from the accuracy, so compensation is important.
In the stock section, there are two that can be considered. On this loadout, we went with the MIP Strike Stock due to the added stability and flinch resistance with only a hit to ADS movement speed. Using the Light Stock will add ADS movement speed, and can be considered.
An OWC Laser - Tactical will round out the attachments and is another standard piece. This gives another boost to ADS speed as well as bullet spread accuracy. The only downside is the visible laser while aiming.
That's everything you'll need to build the best Chicom in COD Mobile Season 4: Wild Dogs. Check back with us throughout the season for more gun loadouts, balance changes, and much more.
