The weapon's overall reliability stems from a fact that it has the power of a full-blown sniper (albeit not a range of a sniper as well), but it is much less cumbersome and thus it doesn't represent a hindrance to your movement.
You will be mobile, agile, and deadly, especially in mid-range encounters, where this gun excels the most.
