You can get Shredder operator skin in MW2 & Warzone 2 via his bundle, which is now available in the store. The price of the bundle is 2400 COD Points, and apart from the Shredder operator, the bundle will also include three Weapon Blueprints, all based on the new weapons from the Season 2 Battle Pass.
