MW2 & Warzone 2 Season 4 Countdown, Start Time

The next stage of both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 is fast-approaching. Season 4 will see the arrival of numerous changes, from new maps, Operators and weapons, to Warzone 2 completely dropping the '2' from its title. 

For many players, the upcoming changes in both titles will hopefully lead to a more even experience. For a while, many have felt that the gameplay in each has never quite matched up to its predecessors, particularly in the case of Warzone 2. But, with new updates heading to the Battle Royale, the game is in a good spot to bring players back into the fold.

In Season 4, we can expect to see new Warzone 2 map Vondel — a medium-sized map that sits nicely between the sizes of Al Mazrah and Ashika Island. There will be a new LTM to get stuck into, DMZ updates, and more — all part of this latest season.

But given that there's so much coming our way, eager players will be keen to learn exactly when they'll be able to jump in. So, to help with that, we've put together a countdown leading up to the rollout of MW2 and Warzone 2 Season 4.

Update 14 June: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 4 is expected to launch today. Players should anticipate server downtime and additional downloads. 

Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone 2 Season 4 Countdown: Start Date, Time

Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 4 is set to begin on June 14, 2023. The update is expected to go live at the following times:

• 9 AM PT
• 12 PM ET
• 4 PM UTC
• 5 PM BST

At launch, players will be able to dive into the brand new Battle Pass and begin working their way through the Tiers. New Operator skins, Blueprints, and more will be part of the new season's offerings. The Operators include Nikto, who will be available at launch as part of the Battle Pass, and Io, who will be available as part of BlackCell.
