How to complete The Destruction of Verdansk Warzone event and rewards

It's finally here, the end of Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2 draws closer with a spectacular and highly anticipated event that's been teased for weeks taking place. 

Zombies have been spreading out across Verdansk, with the developers hinting at a massive nuclear disaster in order to wipe them out.

Without further ado, let's get into everything you need to know about The Destruction of Verdansk Part 1

As soon as you hop into the event, you'll see that every location on the map is crossed out, with containment areas growing in numbers on multiple POIs.

Survive

Just like a regular Warzone game, the first objective is to simply survive the onslaught of players trying to complete the event.

A big difference is that, unlike regular matches, you'll drop with a shotgun rather than a pistol, and when you die you'll turn into a zombie, regardless of whether you died in a containment area or not.

Eliminate Humans

In fact, you must die, as the event will be completed once every single player in the lobby turns into a zombie. This will trigger the detonation of the nuke that will signify massive changes coming to Verdansk.
