Modern Warfare 3 packed a punch of excitement into Call of Duty fans worldwide after the release of the title's beta in October 2023. Throughout the Beta, players managed to get their hands on twenty different weapons, ranging from the MCW (ACR from original MW2) to the Renetti pistol; showcasing what's in store for the full release of the game on November 10.

3. BAS-B

The BAS-B was one of the most reliable weapons in the beta, allowing players to rip through armor and destroy enemy players with ease. Providing a similar feel to the MCW, the BAS-P rips through the flesh of players unforgivingly, even when lacking attachments. 

This weapon is completely unstoppable, only falling short of shotguns and SMGs at a point-blank distance, although that's quite literally the same with every weapon. It's highly recommended players represent the BAS-P ot release of Modern Warfare 3.

2. MCW 

The MCW was likely the most popular gun in Modern Warfare's Beta, simply because the weapon is a remake of the famous ACR from the original Modern Warfare 3, released over a decade ago in 2011. Activision has kept the bar high and remade this weapon perfectly, keeping the nostalgic feeling of love and compassion as you kill your foes.

The MTZ-556 is the best weapon in Modern Warfare 3 currently thanks to its compact and light design, allowing players to combat SMG and shotgun runners more easily. This allows for an incredible experience on more close-quarters maps because players will find themselves in all ranges and paces of combat.
