Toronto Ultra Coldish War: Schedule, format, teams, and how to watch

Canadian professional Call of Duty team Toronto Ultra will be hosting the last tournament in the Black Ops Cold War Launch Week series.

Adequately named "Coldish War", the tournament mixes soviet aesthetics with Toronto Ultra colours and will feature two teams fighting for a 25,000 US dollars prize pool, but there will be some interesting additional rewards as well.

Without further ado, here's everything you need to know about the tournament.

Toronto Ultra Coldish War Schedule

The event will be held on Friday, 20th November, and it will be a single-day tournament.

Toronto Ultra Coldish War starts at 3 pm ET/ 12 pm PT/ 9 pm CET.

Toronto Ultra Coldish War Teams and Players

The tournament will feature two teams named to sound like they are Soviet republics.

The first team is called Camdovia, named after Toronto Ultra player Cammy.

Team Methodzstan:

  • KRNG Oceane
  • Akyeret
  • EyeQew
  • Arrayyz

There will probably be more teams, but they are yet to be announced.

Toronto Ultra Coldish War Format

Teams will play "Dirty Bomb" game mode point race.

  • Dirty Bomb is an objective-based mode where squads must work together to take out enemies, collect Uranium caches, and locate dirty bombs scattered throughout the map.
  • At these dirty bomb sites, collected Uranium can be deposited until it’s primed for detonation.
  • Teams earn score points in three ways: by eliminating enemies, depositing Uranium, and detonating dirty bombs, which causes radiation to leak out in the surrounding area, forcing players to move out or suffer the consequences of weakness, fatigue, and internal bleeding.
  • The first squad to reach the score limit wins.

Toronto Ultra Coldish War Prize Pool

The tournament features a 25,000 US dollars prize pool, but Toronto Ultra wanted to add something extra on top of that, to further embrace Soviet thematic they are going with.
