DMR 14 Tactical Rifle is a problem in Warzone according to NICKMERCS

With the release of Black Ops Cold War Season One and Warzone integration, four Cold War tactical rifles arrived in Warzone, namely the M16, AUG, Type 63 and DMR 14. According to famous Warzone streamer from FaZe, Nick "NICKMERCS" Kolcheff, the DMR 14 is a problem as the weapon is simply unbelievable.

NICKMERCS knows his stuff and as a highly competitive and respected YouTuber, he has shown fans a lot of excellent loadouts. However, this isn't about a loadout this time around, and we've already got you covered with the best DMR 14 loadout to use.

Instead, NICKMERCS' latest video is all about the DMR 14, how unbelievably powerful it can be in the right hands, and how it can become a real problem in the near future.

In a new video released on 27th December 2020, NICKMERCS spoke out about the DMR 14, noting how "everybody is using it" and officially calling Warzone "DMRZone". 

NICKMERCS explains: "It took over the entire meta of Warzone. We kind of thought this would happen after first putting our hands on it."

Mr Kolcheff then continued by explaining his only discrepancy with the DMR 14 in Warzone is that it feels a bit more like a keyboard & mouse gun. However, NICKMERCS made it clear controller players can still perform and "pop-off" with it.

In the video below, you can see him go "absolutely nuts" with the DMR 14 in Warzone, showing the tactical rifle's true power. 

While according to NICKMERCS everyone is using the DMR 14 in Warzone right now, there's another problem this weapon's power creates.

NICKMERCS explains: "The one really big reason as to why this DMR is a problem is because if they do end up patching this thing, everyone will jump over to the Type 63 which is literally the exact same gun with a little bit more recoil. So now you are looking at two nerfs to get things back to an easier time."

While NICKMERCS doesn't think things will change soon, he offers a solution of buffing other guns instead, since according to the YouTuber, a lot of guns which came over are not usable compared to the MAC-10 and DMR 14.
