The Rytec AMR is a semi-automatic anti-material sniper rifle that might be the next big thing in Warzone Season 2.
You might remember that this weapon was absolutely dominating Warzone when it was first added during the Modern Warfare era, but was later nerfed to oblivion and since mostly forgotten.
The main issues with this semi-automatic sniper rifle are its slow Bullet Velocity, heaviness, and a relatively small magazine (5 rounds) for a semi-automatic weapon.
While many are considering it to be C-Tier at best, there is some potential for this rifle to shine again. With the right equipment, and, of course, in the hands of a skilled player, Rytec AMR might pose a deadly threat and it can easily become the next sniper rifle of choice amongst pro players.
But of course, we need to spice things up a bit, and that's why we're choosing the thermite rounds for this loadout.
Best Rytec AMR loadout in Warzone Season 2
For the thermite rounds build in Warzone Season 2, these are the best Rytec AMR attachments:
- Muzzle: Rytec AMR Suppressor
(Picture: Activision)
This is basically a Monolithic Suppressor, but just for Rytec and it is a must for any good sniper build, which drastically improves Damage Range and greatly reduces sound signature. And of course, it grants invisibility on the minimap when firing. - Barrel: FTAC Seven Straight
(Picture: Activision)
Additionally increases Damage Range, and what's more important, it significantly improves Bullet Velocity, which is a weak spot of this rifle, especially with the thermite rounds. - Laser: Tac Laser
(Picture: Activision)
The Tac Laser is essential for any good Rytec AMR loadout, especially because it significantly reduces ADS time, which is important due to the ADS time increase coming from our Muzzle and Barrel. - Stock: STOVL Tac-Wrap
(Picture: Activision)
We are taking this one purely for ADS speed, as an additional counter-balance for our heavy Barrel and Muzzle. - Ammunition: Thermite 5-R mag

Of course, the final part of this build is the thermite rounds ammo, something this whole loadout is based around.
And that's it! Honestly, this build might not be the best one out there due to an inherent weakness of the Rytec AMR, but we guarantee you that you will have fun playing it!
Due to really slow Bullet Velocity (despite all improvements), you will need to learn where to shot when firing from afar, and it can be really hard to hit moving targets, but once you learn where to target in order to hit the moving target, you will see that with the damage it does, this loadout absolutely pays off.
