Best MP5 loadout for Warzone Season 3

Sub-machine guns, in any game, are always some of the most fun to play with. Boasting incredible fire rates, mobility, and versatility, these weapons have earned a favoured place in the mind of gamers.

No gun epitomises this more than the MP5, and the version (there are two actually, both rock) in Call of Duty: Warzone does not disappoint and in Season 3 it currently has S-Tier status capable of melting opposition at short-medium range.

That doesn't mean the gun is without its faults or its equals, and getting the right attachments and loadouts for the MP5 is crucial if you want to come out on top in Verdansk.

And with Season 3 introducing a raft of changes to certain attachments, we thought there was no better time than to revisit this trusty SMG and work out what is the best loadout for the MP5.

This MP5 is the one from Cold War, a better gun and if you still run the Modern Warfare version you should seriously consider switching over.

• Barrel: 9.5" Task Force
• Stock: No Stock
• Underbarrel: Field Agent Grip
• Ammo: STANAG 50 Rnd Drum
• Rear Grip: Speed Tape

This build is all about maintaining the mobility and rapid RPM of the MP5 and is best paired with an assault rifle designed for medium to long ranges, check out our M13 loadout for just that.

The 9.5" Task Force barrel sacrifices some recoil control and starting ammunition for increased damage, range and bullet velocity. Increasing the weapon's versatility.

We have opted to take the stock OFF, increasing the mobility of the weapon and increasing ADS time.

The Speed Tape will help with controlling vertical recoil, a benefit too of the Field Agent Grip which will also help with the horizontal recoil.

To round (heh) the loadout off, we have opted for the STANAG 50 Rnd Drum magazine, the increased capacity will help keep you in the fight for longer, vital considering the high fire rate which can quickly see you dispense with a mag.
