Best M60 loadout in Black Ops Cold War

While the RPD is a fan favourite for Call of Duty fans when it comes to their choice of a Light Machine Gun (LMG), the good old faithful M60 shouldn't be forgotten, even if you are currently running around with an RPD or Stoner 63. The M60 has received some tweaks throughout the years, and if you want to use it in Black Ops Cold War multiplayer, you need the best loadout, right? Best M60 Loadout: BLOPS Cold War

First up, you can unlock the M60 by reaching level 46 in Black Ops Cold War. While it might not be the favourite LMG in the game right now, the weapon has a whole lot of potential with the right attachments.

Customizing the M60 with various attachments might be a daunting experience to some, as you have a total of eight categories available. This is, after all, a big bad weapon...

• Optic: Visiontech 2x
• Barrel: 22.8" Match Grade
• Underbarrel: Infiltrator Grip
• Magazine: Fast Mag
• Muzzle: Muzzle Brake 7.62
• Handle: Speed Tape
• Stock: SAS Combat Stock
• Body: Steady Aim Laser

Unlike most other gun guides, we didn't go with an extended magazine, as the M60 already has 75 bullets before you need to reload. 

This best M60 loadout focuses on speed, faster reloading and movement. This is in order to counteract the base weapon's disadvantages. 

The M60 loadout in Black Ops Cold War should do the trick (and then some) in both mid as well as long-range firefights. If you don't like the Visiontech 2x Optic, which is especially nice for mid-range fights, you can always go for Iron Sights.

Keep in mind the M60 already has very high bullet damage, so you should be able to decimate your enemies with this loadout.
