In Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, there are five submachine guns that all have a certain role within the class. So far, the MP5 and AK-74u appear to be the most popular for players due to their notoriety and, in the MP5’s case, sheer dominance. Following those weapons, the Bullfrog and Milano 821 are enjoyable guns to use but not nearly as powerful as the MP5.
Lastly, there’s the KSP-45, a three-round burst SMG that doesn’t really feature anything too special about it.
Traditionally, the semi-auto submachine guns have been considered the worst in their class and that rains true this year as well. However, with the right attachment set-up, the KSP can be of use in Black Ops Cold War.

Since the KSP-45 is a three-round burst, we’ll be focusing on ways to maximize the overall damage. Accuracy isn’t really a problem since you’re not continually firing and the range is decent no matter what attachments you equip.
Attachments
- Optic: Microflex LED
- Muzzle: Muzzle Brake .45 APC
- Barrel: 10.4” Takedown
- Body: GRU 5mw Laser Sight
- Underbarrel: Foregrip
- Magazine: 40 RND
- Handle: Warden Tight Grip
- Stock: Wire Stock
With this class, we decided to equip the Gunfighter Wildcard to throw on an additional three attachments. The KSP-45 needs some serious work to compete with other weapons in the game and thus needs all the help it can get.
The class itself is pretty self-explanatory, with the 10.4” Takedown barrel being the most important piece. Any damage buff is going to benefit the KSP tremendously.

Aside from that, the attachment set-up is fairly standard. Although, some popular KSP loadouts feature the Fast Mag over the 40 RND magazine. We found that having that extra ammunition provides a safety net for when some of your bursts don’t hit the intended target.
