• Step II — Change Red to Yellow
• Step III — Change Yellow to Blue

• Step II — Change Blue to Red

• Step I — Change upper Yellow part to Blue
• Step II — Change lower Yellow part to Blue

After reaching the location marked on the map, go behind the waterfall on your right. You will find the portal to the puzzle on the right side after you move forward a bit.
