The Division Heartland is Ubisoft's upcoming free-to-play looter shooter that quickly went under the radar after its announcement back in 2021. Since then, Ubisoft has been awfully quiet about this game, instead focusing on the upcoming mobile game - The Division Resurgence.
Console and PC fans, however, have been waiting to hear and see more about The Division Heartland, and it seems we finally have some info to go over.
Here's everything included in The Division Heartland leak that just happened, including some screenshots and details on the game's new game modes.
The Division Heartland new leaked game modes
It seems The Division Heartland is getting a new 45 players PvEvP mode called Storm Operations. Here's the description for the same from the leaked Ubisoft store listing.
"Fight together in 45-player PvEvP Storm Operations against a group of dangerous Rogue agents, an aggressive faction known as the Vultures, all while surviving a lethal virus."
This seems like a small-scale battle royale game mode with PvE elements. It could be a lot similar to the Dark Zones in The Division 1 & 2 but fans will have to wait a little longer to find out.
There's also a PvE-only game mode called Excursion Operations. Here is the leaked official description for the same -
"Complete PvE missions, gather gear, activate alerts, and prep the battlefield in Excursion Operations."
The Division Heartland's new screenshots
Alongside the aforementioned details, the store listing also provided four new screenshots, which is also our first in-game look at The Division Heartland.
The Division Heartland ditches the metropolis of New York City and Washington DC for a "small town Middle-America" setting.
Ubisoft has yet to reveal the official location of the game, but from the screenshots, fans can get an idea of what to expect. There are hotels, restrooms, gas stations, pretty much the landscape of every small American town.
