Carrion has returned to Xbox Game Pass this month and is available today after several years of not being available to play. Carrion was previously available on Game Pass back in 2020, 2021 and the first half of 2022 before it was temporarily removed. The game is Xbox Game Pass' first game of the year.
The game's publishers describe it like this:
"CARRION is a reverse horror game in which you assume the role of an amorphous creature of unknown origin. Stalk and consume those that imprisoned you to spread fear and panic throughout the facility. Grow and evolve as you tear down this prison and acquire more and more devastating abilities on the path to retribution."
Other additions to Xbox Game Pass this month include Road 96, Eternal Strands, Sniper Elite: Resistance, and Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector. Road 96 will hit the service on 6 Jan, while the other titles' releases will be staggered throughout the month of January.
