The 10.1.0 update for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has arrived, officially adding Sephiroth to the character roster.
While many have unlocked the Final Fantasy VII antagonist early thanks to a limited time Sephiroth challenge, the character is now officially available for purchase.
He represents the third character to be added in Fighters Pass 2, following Min Min from ARMS and Minecraft’s Steve from October this year.
Sephiroth also comes with a new stage, various music tracks and new Mii Fighter costumes, including Geno from Super Mario RPG, Barrett, Tifa and Aerith from Final Fantasy VII and a Chocobo Hat.
As is customary, the new update brings a wealth of balance adjustments for the current roster, which you can check out below in the full patch notes.
