The Mila Quest was thought to be unsolvable for months, but now at least one non-staff player has earned the "A Silent Lullaby" badge. This means it’s 100% possible to complete. However, the issue is that nobody knows all the steps required to complete the Mila Quest (at least not yet).

Fisch developer Kiwi recently re-enabled the “A Silent Lullaby” badge after being asked for a hint by the YouTuber Carbon Meister. Following that, someone in the community unlocked it, making them the third ever to get it (the first two likely being staff). Kiwi denied it was a dev test, meaning it was a real, live unlock.

What I know so far, though, is that it likely involves you finding a Secret Fish called the Toilet Fish in the Second Sea. You'll also need to explore the Birch Cay Bunker (X: 1700, Y: 143, Z: -2400), interact with an NPC (probably the Forsaken Shores merchant), and type certain phrases into chat.
