That's right, in order to obtain Meloetta, players first need to head to the Coastal Biome and head to the center. There, you should see a few plants taller than your character that are swaying in the breeze. In order to spawn Meloetta, perform the following tasks:

• Spin your joystick around until your character performs a twirl. 

• Open the camera and change the filter to Sepia using the D-Pad.

• Wait for the music to change. 

• Exit the camera, and Meloetta will have spawned.
