We'll be adjusting #OWL2020 Grand Finals viewer rewards to give all items to everyone who logs in for at least 30 minutes during the broadcast.
Thanks everyone for the patience! https://t.co/bfHAqP4RTb
Original story:
Grand Finals viewer rewards to give all items to everyone who logs in for at least 30 minutes during the broadcast.
As the Overwatch League looked to crown their Season 3 Champion in the Grand Finals match between San Francisco Shock and Seoul Dynasty, thousands of fans couldn't access the official site to earn free rewards, an incentive a huge part of the community was excited to receive.

As part of the entire Grand Finals weekend, those that tuned to the matches via the official Overwatch League site and the mobile app for iOS and Android, qualified to earn free Tokens, an in-game spray, and even an exclusive Home & Away OWL skin for Tracer.
Plenty of users were disappointed to find out that, perhaps due to high demand, the site didn't let them log-in to start earing the rewards on the last day of the Grand Finals weekend.

While some have reported that the mobile version of the site works properly, for the vast majority, accessing their accounts is simply impossible at the moment.
It seems to be a specific issue with Blizzard.net connecting to the OWL site. A fix some fans have come up with is to keep retrying to sign in until you strike gold.
