How To Get Out Of The Antiquarian Site of Power In Nightingale

So, you’ve defeated the Fabled Automaton Knight in the Antiquarian Site of Power, and progressed through the story in Nightingale, only to find yourself with another challenge — getting out. 

Trying to retrace your steps doesn’t work as you’ll eventually get to a ledge that you simply can’t jump back up. The good news is that there is a way to get back easily. The bad news is that it might not necessarily take you where you want to go.

How To Leave The Antiquarian Site of Power In Nightingale

To leave the Antiquarian Site of Power, and get back to the outside, you’ll need to fast travel back to your estate. To do this, open the map by pressing the ‘M’ key. On the left of the screen, you’ll see a prompt that reads “Traverse Back To Respite.” This will take you back to wherever you put down your Estate Cairn. 

Sadly, this means that you’ll need to trek all the way back to the Site of Power to purchase some blueprints from the Essence Trader. Depending on where you decided to set up home, this can be quite a journey. There doesn’t seem to be a way to leave the Antiquarian Site of Power through the way you came in, as there’s no way to get yourself back to the top floor where the entrance is. 

As far as we can tell, the only way to leave the inside of the Antiquarian Site of Power is to use the ‘Traverse Back To Respite’ option.

Nightingale is available to play on PC via Steam and The Epic Games Store. The game launched in early acess on February 20, 2024.
