The months of waiting for New World has turned into days, as the launch date of 28th September is approaching at a rapid pace.
In the lead-up to the full release, the developers at Amazon Games have revealed some of the information that fans will need. This information mainly pertains to the servers, with the devs even revealing every server that will be in the game at launch. This includes dozens for each region, which is a great sign for the future of New World.
However, players need to know when they can access the servers as well. The launch date of 28th September only gives players so much information. Luckily, the developers have released when players can expect their region’s servers to come online. Fans can find the full schedule down below.
The time schedule for each New World server and region
While the game technically launches on 28th September, some regions will have access earlier than others due to basic time zones. Also, New World won’t launch as soon as the clock turns to midnight on the 28th. Instead, the developers are opting to wait a few hours to ensure that everything will be ready when needed.
The full launch schedule for each region is found below.
-
Australia: 9:00 PM AEST
-
EU: 8:00 AM CEST
-
South America: 8:00 AM BRT
-
US East: 8:00 AM EDT
-
US West: 8:00 AM PDT
These are the times that players can expect their servers to go live in New World. Fans in Australia will have to wait a majority of the day on 28th September, but other regions will have the game accessible when they wake up in the morning.
Of course, this is just the planned schedule. Things can and likely will change when launch day for New World rolls around. From the servers struggling to come online with the influx of players to long server queue times, fans should expect to have some patience when it comes to logging on for the first couple of days.
