It's no understatement to say that there is a vast amount of content to absorb in MultiVersus. With this, there are various challenges that you need to complete to progress through the game and gain battle points, with one such challenge being the gaol of getting assists.
For those unaware of this challenge or who need help getting more assists, we have you covered. Below you'll find everything you need to know to get assists and score those battle points in MultiVersus.
How To Get Assist In MultiVersus
An assist is awarded whenever a move of yours does not directly eliminate an opponent but contributes to the elimination of another player.
This move does not have to be an attack; instead, it can provide utility to a teammate, such as using attacks and abilities on the opposing team, shields to help your teammates out, or health perks to heal your team.
When it comes to getting more assists, the best way is to play a Free for all Mode, also known as FFA mode. When you first start this mode, you will be pitted against four other players, and while it can be quite chaotic with all of the players in the arena, it has the best chance of receiving more assists. You can find this mode in the Play menu on the far right side of the screen to get yourself going.
Aside from getting XP, battle points, and hitting your milestone achievements in the game. If you perform many assists while your Resting XP bar is full, you can earn tons of XP and get your assist achievements done all at once.

As you progress through the FFA mode, you will receive better fight assists. You and your allies can target and fight the same enemy in order to gain assistance. You can play in either Bot or Normal mode, but if you want to get some quick assists, we recommend playing the Bot mode.
Playing a 2v2 mode, on the other hand, is also a great way to get you more assists in the game. While not as chaotic as FFA mode, you can plan ahead of time and use your perks to gain Assists, even if you have limited lucky chances to get assists with fewer players on screen. Ultimately, getting assists can help you complete milestones and earn more XP quickly, so investing in these tips can help you significantly in the long run.
And that's everything you need to know to start assisting and getting assists in MultiVersus.
