Before you bury yourself in MLB The Show 24 Diamond Dynasty, we've got tips and tricks on how to earn XP fast and speed that process up. Some of this will be from gameplay XP, but there's more value in this year's programs than players might realize at a glance.
Updated April 1: Check out our guide to the MLB The Show 24 Egg Hunt program, as you'll be able to score several chunks of XP by completing it.
How to Get XP Fast in MLB The Show 24
As you dive into MLB The Show 24, gameplay XP is once again available in just about every game mode across the title. From Road to the Show all the way to Conquest, every game you play will net XP towards your Season 1 XP Reward Path progress.
If you want to grind missions and XP quickly in Diamond Dynasty, head to the Stadium Vault and search for a custom stadium (several have XP in the name) with the smallest possible field and walls as well as highest elevation. From there, grind Play vs CPU games for the gameplay XP and missions progress.
There is a daily gameplay XP cap that hasn't been determined for certain yet, but some players are hitting it around 30,000+ XP. However, that doesn't include XP awarded by programs and progress in other areas.
Ultimately, you'll be earning huge chunks of XP finishing programs. The Starter Program, Spring Breakout Program, Egg Hunt Program, and even Team Affinity will net you chunks of XP by making progress in them. Because of this, you're often better off focusing your time on the programs before just grinding for the sake of gameplay XP.
How to Finish Season 1 in Diamond Dynasty
If you want to reach the rewards all the way at the end of Season 1 in MLB The Show 24 Diamond Dynasty, it'll take a combination of skill and persistence. With the daily gameplay XP cap, you'll likely wanna hop on as many different days as you can to make progress.
Focus on the programs early, particularly finishing up the Conquest maps which also contain XP rewards. At the same time you can snag all the Conquest hidden rewards to beef up your squad in Diamond Dynasty.
Once you've finished all the active programs and Conquest maps, you can either jump to something like Showdown or shift to another game mode entirely. If you move elsewhere, grinding Road to the Show or March to October are great picks. Both will net you gameplay XP, and March to October will help you finish Team Affinity in Diamond Dynasty.
