What are Idols and How To Unlock in Last Epoch

Idols are fixed, non-modifiable items in Last Epoch that come in various sizes and take up different-sized slots in your inventory grid, ranging from 1x1 to 1x4 or 4x1. Idols are dropped by specific enemies or found in chests in dungeons, and to use them you need to unlock more and more Idol slots by completing campaign quests.

The larger the size of the idol, the more powerful its stat boost will be, and these stat boosts will come with a prefix and a suffix. Prefixes are the active abilities that the Idol grants you, such as increased Bleed chance on a hit or gaining a ward on a hit. Whereas Suffixes are passive abilities that are active in the background, such as non-elemental resistance, increased health, etc.
