Is Last Epoch Warlock Bleed Build Good in Cycle 1?
The Last Epoch Warlock Bleed build is not only good in Cycle 1 (Season 1) at launch, but actually one of the best possible builds in the entire game, according to the latest endgame tier list rankings.
How To Play Warlock Bleed Build in Last Epoch
The whole point of the Warlock Bleed build in Last Epoch is to convert and apply as much Bleed damage as possible. For those who are unaware, the Bleed debuff deals physical damage over time for three (3) seconds baseline, and importantly, the stacking is unlimited.
The Warlock Bleed build is only really viable from level 70 onwards up to level 100 and smashes most endgame activities to bits. The general gameplay once you've got the skills and passives down is to spread Spirit Plague through enemies and use Chthonic Fissure, with the main result being a plethora of Chaos Bolts and Spirits, causing enemies to Bleed and die within a matter of seconds. Spam Chaos Bolts as much as you can to apply additional Bleed to enemies.
It is super effective, to say the least. Watch the example from Maxroll.gg's video below.
You'll also use Ghostflame to save yourself in nasty situations and apply the Decripify Curse to your enemies. To make your way across the map as quickly as possible (speed is of the essence here!), you can use Transplant...making the Warlock Bleed build one of the best Last Epoch farming options as well!
Last Epoch Bleed Warlock Skills
Below, you will find the skills (and official descriptions) used in the best Last Epoch Warlock Bleed build
Please note: For a full layout of every single skill point assignment, check out the brilliant and informative guide from Maxroll.gg.
Chthonic Fissure
"Opens an infernal fissure in the ground, dealing fire damage over time to enemies on top of it, as well as releasing Spirits from the fissure that seek nearby enemies. These spirits inflict enemies with Torment, a curse that slows and deals Necrotic Damage Over Time."
Chaos Bolts
"A barrage of chaotic projectiles which land in an area around the target. The explosions deal Necrotic and Fire Damage in a small area."
Harvest
"A melee attack that hits all enemies in an area in front of you, dealing double damage to those that are Cursed."
Spirit Plague
"Curses a target with a powerful necrotic damage over time effect which lasts 3 seconds. Spreads to a single nearby target on target death."
Ghostflame
"Channel to release a continuous jet of horrid flames in front of you dealing Fire and Necrotic Damage Over Time."
Please note: The official descriptions are just to give new players an idea of how the skills work, as we do change up their damage types with point allocations for the best Last Epoch Warlock Bleed build.
Last Epoch Bleed Warlock Passives
For the best Last Epoch Warlock build, you will want to spend 20 Passive points in the Acolyte base tree, 15 in Lich, and then 78 in Warlock as you make your way to level 100.
You'll always want to select nodes with Intelligence stat where possible (more on this in the next section of our build guide) alongside any Passive nodes that support our build and throw in some Vitality when you can.
While you can play around with the Passive skill points a bit, since you can respec in Last Epoch, we suggest always taking Doom Herald, which helps a whole lot with your survivability in Last Epoch's endgame when using Ghostflame.
Find the complete Passive tree selections via this build on Maxroll.gg.
