Setsugekka is a character that has been rumored to be coming to Honkai: Star Rail.. Not much is known about this character, but thanks to leaks and rumors, we have an idea of what their kit might look like should they ever come to the game.

At the time of writing this, there is no confirmed release date for Setsugekka in Honkai Star Rail. Additionally, based on leaks and rumors, the only data mined information about Setsugekka is from a months-old DevKit. What this means is that there is no guarantee that Setsugekka will be coming to the game at all, and if they do, they may have a completely different set of skills than the information found by leakers.

Here is all the information we know so far about Setsugekka's abilities that has been translated as best as possible. Based on the leaked information, Setsugekka is a five-star Ice Element Erudition Path character. 

Abilities

• Basic Attack (Snow): Deals Ice DMG equal to ?% of Setsugekka's ATK to a single enemy, gaining "Snow." 
• Skill (Moon): Put yourself into a "Meditation" state, increasing your energy gain rate by ?%, also reducing the probability of being attacked for a period of ? turn(s), and your next action is advanced by ?% and gains "Moon."
• Ultimate: Inflicts a single enemy target with ?% Ice damage, consuming all Seals. Each seal increases ?% damage. If 3 seals are consumed, the resistance penetration of this attack is increased by ?%.

Talent

"Snow," "Moon," and "Flower" each increase their attack power by ?%. At the start of the turn, if life is full, gain "Flower," and if you hold ? one or more other gain effects, you gain an additional "Snow," "Moon," and "Flower" seal that you don't hold.
