Luka Is On Kafka's Banner

Kafka is a highly-anticipated character and a DoT enabler. So, if you don't have Sampo, this is a great chance to start building up your DoT team with both Kafka and Luka. 

Four-Star Characters Do Not Have Pity

Unlike five-star characters, there is no guarantee that pulling on Kafka's banner will grant you even a single copy of Luka. While it is very likely to acquire a copy, there is no pity at 90 or 180 pulls like with Kafka. Additionally, Luka will share the rate-up with two other four-star characters, meaning players will need to get extremely lucky to acquire him on the banner. Players should keep this in mind before going too deep into the banner.
