How To Chat With Friends In Honkai Star Rail

Honkai: Star Rail gives you the option to add friends and play with them to complete quests together, fight enemies, and more. However, players have been looking for the chat option so that they can communicate with them, and the sad news is that there isn't any option to chat in the game. 

However, there is good news as HoYoverse has listened to the feedback, and in the latest Honkai: Star Rail dev notes, they have revealed that they will be adding Chat System in the 1.1 update.

Honkai: Star Rail 1.1 update is expected to release on June 7; however, we should get the first look at Chat System in its special program livestream. 

Honkai Star Rail Chat System: How To Chat With Friends

As of now, since the Chat feature is not available, we don't know how it will work, but we will update this page once it is released. Here is how you can chat with your friends in Honkai: Star Rail. However, we can expect it to work like Genshin Impact, where you will need to press the Chat button on top of the chat bar and begin typing.

In addition to this, you will also be able to send messages privately to your friends with the Chat System once it gets added to the game. As of now, we don't know if there will be any option for voice chat or not, but we will update this page if HoYoverse announces it, so make sure to keep an eye on it.
