Seele is a powerful member of Wildfire, the ruling faction of Belobog's Underworld in Honkai: Star Rail. She is a single-target Quantum-based character and the first limited unit that will be available for players to summon with the release of Patch 1.0. As mentioned, Seele is a single-target Quantum element damage dealer. With her incredible speed stat and powerful damage multipliers, there are few enemies who can stand up to her in combat. However, what makes Seele so sought-after is her unique ability. Whenever Seele defeats an enemy in combat, she will be able to take another turn.

This is limited to once per reset, but her Ultimate also activates this. If built fast enough, players can chain basic attacks into resets into Ultimates into resets and wipe an entire team without the enemy ever taking a turn!

For these reasons, it is recommended to build Seele with as much damage and speed as possible in order to capitalize on her unique ability. She needs enough power to get the kill, after all.
