Best Light Cone

While not yet released, the best Light Cone for Ruan Mei will undoubtedly be the limited Event Light Cone that releases alongside her character banner. Every limited character so far has been released alongside a dedicated Light Cone banner, which compliments their kit, so it is safe to say that Ruan Mei will be no exception. 

That being said, But the Battle Isn't Over is a great Light Cone used by the two best Harmony characters in the game (Bronya and Tingyun), so it is likely this Light Cone will also benefit Ruan Mei. 

Light Cone Effect: 

Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 10% and regenerates 1 Skill Point when the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally. This effect can be triggered after every 2 uses of the wearer's Ultimate. When the wearer uses their Skill, the next ally taking action (except the wearer) deals 30% more DMG for 1 turn(s).

Best Relics

Messenger Traversing Hackerspace is a great set for Ruan Mei, which can increase her Speed, allowing her to get more buffs out to the team efficiently. However, if you prefer to have more bulk on your Ruan Mei, Knight of Purity Palace/Longevous Disciple is also a great choice. If your Ruan Mei is being used as a damage dealer and their DPS is lacking, Hunter of Glacial Forest is another solid option. 

As for Planar Ornaments, Fleet of the Ageless is likely the best option as it scales with SPD and can buff the entire party's ATK after reaching a certain milestone. 

Messenger Traversing Hackerspace

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases SPD by 6%.

• 4-Piece Bonus: When the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally, SPD for all allies increases by 12% for 1 turn(s). This effect cannot be stacked.

Knight of Purity Palace

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases Defense by 15%.

• 4-Piece Bonus: When the wearer creates a shield, it can absorb an additional 20% of damage. 

Longevous Disciple

• 2-Piece Bonus:  Increases Max HP by 12%.

• 4-Piece Bonus: When the wearer is hit or has their HP consumed by an ally or themselves, their CRIT Rate increases by 8% for 2 turn(s) and up to 2 stacks.

Fleet of the Ageless

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies' ATK increases by 8%.
