Herta's Simulated Universe is one of the most fun and challenging aspects in all of Honkai Star Rail. Players will venture through a Roguelike dungeon-crawler, defeating enemies, picking up buffs, and managing limited health resources. The buffs available to players in the Simulated Universe are known as Blessings. Blessings are vital when delving deeper into the dungeon and can make or break a run during a particularly difficult enemy encounter.
With so many Blessings to choose from and with players being offered three at a time after defeating every enemy, it can get a little confusing deciding which Blessing is best. So, if you are interested in learning more about Blessings, you've come to the right place. This article will cover the best Honkai Star Rail Blessings for Simulated Universe!
Best Honkai Star Rail Blessings For Simulated Universe
First and foremost, the best Honkai Star Rail Blessings for Simulated Universe will depend on your team composition. If you have a team full of follow-up attackers, choosing the follow-up-attack-focused Blessings will be beneficial. If you have a team full of Nihility Path characters, picking up some DoT-boosting Blessings will be a great asset.
Typically, it is recommended to go down either the Destruction, Preservation or Elation Path. However, there are over 150 Blessings to choose from, so building a team for the Path you like the most is never a bad idea. That being said, the following Honkai Star Rail Blessings are good almost everywhere.
Elation Path - "Champion's Dinner: Cat's Cradle"
Effect: When characters deal DMG to an enemy with their Ultimate, this attack is considered a follow-up attack. Increases the DMG of follow-up attacks by 15%.
Why It's Good: Only a small handful of characters in Honkai Star Rail have follow-up attacks. Naturally, this Blessing is great for those characters. However, because this makes your Ultimate also considered a follow-up attack, this buff and all subsequent Elation buffs to follow-up attacks will increase the power of a character's Ultimate to monumental levels!
Abundance Path - "Extended Life"
Effect: Upon entering battle, characters restore HP equal to 24% of their Max HP.
Why It's Good: Players have likely seen the myriad of Clara solo runs in Simulated Universe. Unless you have incredibly good gear and stats, these runs are usually only doable by following specific Paths and picking up specific Blessings. Most notably, because you don't have a healer, it is recommended to follow the Abundance Path for the powerful Path Resonance, which heals you periodically in a battle. Extended Life is also a great Blessing to pick up for normal team composition, as it can ensure you are topped up to full health when going into an Elite or Boss encounter.
Destruction Path - "Reflection"
Effect: When struck with a killing blow, instead of becoming downed, characters immediately restore HP by 1% of their Max HP. The allied team can only trigger this effect 1 time(s) per battle.
Why It's Good: Being downed toward the end of a run can be infuriating, especially if you don't have the Cosmic Fragments available to revive a party member. Reflection is great for giving you that final push over the finish line.
And these are some of the best Blessings in the Simulated Universe!
