Halo Infinite players are enjoying the game’s campaign, exploring the Zeta Halo map as the Master Chief. With plenty of campaign missions to complete, FOBs to capture and achievements to track down as they try to reassemble the UNSC and turn the tide against the Banished occupation.
Developer 343 Industries have included 69 achievements for achievement hunters to unlock in the game’s campaign. One of these achievements makes a reference to the Halo series - Red vs. Blue. Here’s what players need to know about the Bring Sheila Home achievement, how to unlock it and earn its rewards.
What is the Bring Sheila Home achievement in Halo Infinite?
The Bring Sheila Home Safely achievement is a campaign achievement in Halo Infinite. This achievement requires players to not get the Scorpion destroyed while en route to the “House” during “The Road” campaign mission. The tank featured during this campaign mission was named “Sheila” following the tank’s appearance in the Red vs. Blue series.
How to earn the Bring Sheila Home achievement in Halo Infinite?
At the beginning of the mission, players can find a tank that needs to be taken to a house located on the opposite end of a bridge. It’s important to approach this mission with caution as the main objective is to keep the tank alive and not get blown up.
You will encounter plenty of enemy threats such as the Banished Dropships and Wraiths throughout the mission. These enemy vehicles can deal large amounts of damage by targeting you and your allies from afar, especially with many of their infantry coming equipped with explosives.
There are exactly two points during this mission that will require players to exit the Scorpion. The first time will occur when you have to eliminate the Hunter at the gate.
Once you have eliminated the Hunter, climb over the gate and embark on foot to locate a device that will bring the gate down. You will need to make use of their AI scanner to find this device which can be found at the building before the gate.
Once the device has been found and the gate dropped, make your way back to the Scorpion before continuing with the mission. Near the end of the mission, you will come across a bridge that leads to the “House” on the other side of the bridge.
At this point in the mission, the bridge is retracted which will prompt players to exit the Scorpion for a second time. Locate a platform on the left side of the Scorpion where you can interact with a control panel.
At the control panel, interact with the control to extend the bridge to reach the opposite platform by the “House”. Once the bridge is locked in, run back to the Scorpion and drive it to the “House” to earn the Bring Sheila Home achievement.
There are a few ways players can earn this achievement without worrying about Sheila getting destroyed by a Banished Dropship. To make this mission less daunting, set your campaign difficulty to Easy if you want to complete the mission with Sheila intact on their first try.
Another method is to restart the checkpoint if you feel that the tank may explode before completing the mission. As players still can’t replay the campaign mission yet, this would be advised as once the mission is completed, you can’t restart it and the achievement will be lost.
The final method is to complete several of the mission’s checkpoints on foot. Players can leave Sheila at the spawning location and progress up until the bridge checkpoint. Extend the bridge across to the “House” where they will then backtrack to the tank and drive it all the way to earn the achievement.
What are the rewards for the Bring Sheila Home achievement?
Once you have completed the mission, you will unlock the Bring Sheila Home achievement. Additionally, players will also be rewarded with 10 Gamerscore for their efforts.
