What Is The San Andreas Mercenaries Mission List For GTA Online?
At the time of this writing, the San Andreas Mercenaries Mission list is not available yet. We will update this page accordingly when it is but we can still speculate what you will do based on what Rockstar has provided. From the looks of it, most of the missions you will get from this DLC will be focused on taking on Merryweather Security.
Some missions will include you stealing data from Merryweather which could be a new heist. Other missions will be more direct and you will have to blow up Merryweather facilities and take out security agents. Players will be tasked to take down Merryweather directly through hit missions, heist missions, and story missions as well.

GTA Online San Andreas Mercenaries Mission Descriptions
Reporting for Duty
Description - Alright, we're prepping an attack at Davis Quartz. Intel suggests Merryweather's crawling all over the quarry and whatever they're safeguarding down there, we want it. This is high tier, so grab your wings and give them something to cry about.
Unconventional Warfare
Description - Okay, this is a hostage rescue operation. To reduce our exposure, we're keeping our extraction force to a minimum. Infiltrating the target building and finding our guy won't be a cake walk. We're grabbing their most valuable asset yet, so fuckups are not an option.
Falling In
Description - TBA
Breaking Ranks
Description - OK listen up. This mission's a good old-fashioned smash and grab. Merryweather's prepping a move, and they're taking a ton of valuable tech with them. All you gotta do is intercept. If you're lucky, you'll be in and out in no time. If you're unlucky... well let's focus on being lucky, OK?
Shock & Awe
Description - This is the big one. LSA's chance to break Merryweather's stranglehold over San Andreas. Let's hit them where it hurts: right in the government funding. We've confirmed their HQ, but don't underestimate their capabilities. They're on the defensive, and you're on their hitlist.
On Parade
Description - You'll want in on this. Got some flight tests scheduled and the Angels need a skilled pilot to take the controls. Get airborne in some welcome-to-the-future jets, test the stealth mode, pull some tricks, and hit some targets. Easy for someone like you. You in?
Will San Andreas Mercenaries DLC Be Split Into Two Parts?
When the Los Santos Drug Wars first released, you only actually got half of the DLC. The main story DLC had a couple of months delay before players could experience the conclusion to the story. On top of that, most of the major content for the DLC was provided through drip release which means players had to just wait until certain content was unlocked.
At the moment though, we do not believe that the San Andreas Mercenaries DLC will be split into two parts. From the information provided, this looks like it will be less story heavy and it will be a more mission-based DLC. There will be a story, but it will not be the main focus of the DLC from what we have seen. Plus the reception for a split story DLC for Los Santos Drug Wars was terrible. It is unlikely Rockstar will repeat that mistake again. There might be drip-feed content for this DLC, but it probably will not be as bad as the previous DLC.
