How to complete Genshin Impact Mimi Tomo event: Duration, free Primogems, Furnishing Blueprints and more

Genshin Impact’s Mimi Tomo event was unveiled by miHoYo a few days ago along with a bunch of other upcoming events, including Overflow Mastery event, Windtrace event, and more. 

In the Mimi Tomo event, the purpose is to complete the investigation of the ‘Unusual Hilichurl’ to obtain rewards such as Liyue-style Furnishing Blueprints, Primogems, Hero's Wit, and Mora. In addition to this, Travellers can receive free BEP by completing the newly added missions to the Realm of Diversion.

In order to participate in the Mimi Tomo event, you must have reached Adventure Rank 20 or above in the game. The event will start from 27th May (10:00) and will run till 6th June (3:59); however, the "The Lost Hilichurl" Quest will be available from 6th June (04:00) to 8th June (3:59).

How to complete Mimi Tomo event

The first step in the Mimi Tomo event is to head to the Sighting Locations by following the prompts on the event page. There will be a total of seven Sighting Locations, with one getting unlocked each day after the event starts.

Once you reach a Sighting Location, you will find hilichurls around its area that are willing to talk. Communicate with them with the assistance of Hilichurlian expert Ella Musk and complete their commissions to get clues about the appearance time and location of Unusual Hilichurl.

If you are unable to understand something while communicating, you can also use the Handy Handbook of Hilichurlian that can be found in Inventory > Quest or on the event page.

Go to the location of Unusual Hilichurl at the correct time and defeat him to obtain your rewards. It is worth noting that you will be able to unlock the next Sighting Location in the event only after you complete the investigation for the previous one.
