Genshin Impact Invitation of Windblume: Anecdotes, challenges, rewards, more

Several days after its official announcement, the Windblume Festival finally arrives in Genshin Impact, in which players will be able to be part of various challenges in search of obtaining many exclusive rewards from this event.

In this article, we will give a review of everything that will come with this event, for you to be able to make the most of your stay within this great celebration in the Mondstadt region.

Invitation of Windblume Details

In order to be part of the event, it is necessary to have reached Adventure Rank 20 or above, and to have completed the Archon Quest "Prologue: Act III - Song of the Dragon and Freedom".

Once you have met these requirements, you will have access to the Windblume Festival, which will be divided into three sections:

Festive Anecdotes

The Festive Anecdotes are divided into four acts, which will be part of the main story of the event, for which it is expected that both Venti and the Traveler will have a big relevance.

Each act will unlock a new storyline quest and Residents' Commissions, which will be small tasks to complete around Mondstadt.

The acts of these Anecdotes will be available at the following times, at local time:

• Act I: From March 19th at 10 am, to 5th April at 3:59 am
• Act II: From March 22nd at 4 am, to 5th April at 3:59 am
• Act III: From March 25th at 4 am, to 5th April at 3:59 am
• Act IV: From March 28th at 4 am, to 5th April at 3:59 am

Complete these quests to obtain Primogems, Character EXP Materials, Mora, and other rewards.

Festive Challenges 

During the event, players can take part in three special challenges. Completing the corresponding challenges, you can obtain Festive Tour Tickets and rewards from various characters.

As the event progresses, new Festive Challenges will continue to emerge. Once you have attained certain levels of points in the various challenges, you will be able to obtain the prizes that the characters have prepared for you.

Bullseye Balloons

Travellers will have to score consecutive hits on the correct balloons to accumulate points. Once the time is up, the challenge ends and your score shall be finalized.

Different balloons will have different effects. Pick your targets carefully if you wish to get a high score. During this challenge, only Normal and Charged Attacks can be used to pop the balloons.

Also, hitting consecutive balloons within a short time will accumulate a Combo, which will increase the number of points gained as you continue scoring consecutive hits. However, if you hit a Heartbreak Balloon, your Combo will be interrupted.

Floral Freefall

Travellers will have to leap down from a high platform and collect the Flower Balls floating in the skies. Different Flower Balls will award different amounts of points.

Other than this, the amount of challenge time remaining will be converted into points. Each second is worth 1 point, and you can gain up to 10 additional points.

Ballads of Breeze

In this challenge, Travelers can test their musical performance skills. You will have to follow the rhythm of the music and the gradually shrinking Rhythm Rings to press the correct buttons at the right time.

Accurate play allows you to increase the Combo count. When your Combo count reaches a certain point, accurate play will award more points.

Peculiar Wonderland

During the event, Travelers can follow the directions on their maps to find the entrance to the Peculiar Wonderland and begin that challenge. The challenges can be done in either single-player or co-op mode.

In these challenges, Travelers must complete three random Peculiar Challenges and one Peculiar Trial. Completing these tasks will allow you to obtain Primogems, Talent Enhancement Materials, Mora, and other rewards.

As the event progresses, each Act will have its own Peculiar Conqueror tasks, and the Peculiar Trials will also change. Also, Peculiar Trials that appeared before will not appear again.

Invitation of Windblume Event Rewards

By completing each of the available challenges, players will be able to receive Festive Tour Tickets at the Festive Challenges, and Peculiar Collab Coupons at the Peculiar Wonderland.

With these, players will be able to redeem various special rewards through the Event Shop.

Additionally, by participating and meeting certain requirements in the challenges, players can get some commemorative gadgets, which can be used for their leisure during the game at any time.

The Invitation of Windblume event will be available from March 19th to April 5th, with rewards available to redeem in the Event Shop until April 12th.
