Tomorrow the much anticipated Free Fire OB29 update is releasing globally, adding many new weapons, gameplay modes, skins, and characters into the game. As always, the game servers will be taken down for maintenance for a short period to launch the new update. During that period, players will not be able to access the Free Fire servers and will be stuck at the login page.
Since Free Fire OB29 patch is nearly upon us, Garena has announced the maintenance timings on their various social media handles, confirming the downtime of the servers. Here is the complete OB29 maintenance schedule with the exact start date and timings.
Free Fire OB29 update maintenance schedule
As per the official announcement, the maintenance break for the Free Fire OB29 update will start on 4th August at 9:30 AM (IST) and conclude after approx. eight hours long break i.e., 5:45 PM (IST).
The official statement reads the following:
“We'll be having our maintenance on the 4th August starting from 9.30 AM to 5.45 PM IST. Please be noted that during this time, you will not be able to enter the game as we work on getting the new updates in for you. However, after the maintenance ends, you will be able to update your app and play as usual. Look forward to the new update and enjoy the new features soon!”
While the maintenance lasts, players won’t be able to enter the game and encounter the “Server will be ready soon” error on the login page. Once the maintenance is over, every user must download the latest OB29 update.
