Fortnite, Epic Games' battle royale, has been filled with iconic characters from the entertainment world, including films, TV shows, and of course, video games, with leaks revealing that two of the most memorable fighting game characters will join the title -- Chun-Li and Ryu.
With the theme of Chapter 2 Season 5 bringing elite Hunters from across the universe both Street Fighter characters fit the bill. Chun's backstory has mainly revolved around chasing M. Bison's shady organization Shadaloo while working with Interpol, meanwhile, Ryu is always on the lookout for strong opponents to master his craft.
The first hint at a Street Fighter crossover came when people found a small dimensional rift on Fortnite's island, with a classic SFII stage visible on the other side.

Eventually, dataminers found out that the two aforementioned fighters are set to be revealed by an incredible trailer that will see Jonesy teleport into an Arcade cabinet, plucking both Chun-Li and Ryu from their world into Fortnite's.
