Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) Season 5 was supposed to kick off this Wednesday, 4th February, but due to the unforeseen circumstances, FNCS Qualifiers will be pushed back one week.
Epic Games has announced that they have discovered a bug which prevents some players from being able to join tournaments, and thus some players weren't able to participate in the Qualifiers, which should have started today.
We have discovered a bug in the v15.30 update that is preventing some players from being able to queue into tournaments. To ensure all eligible players have the opportunity to compete, we are shifting each FNCS Qualifier back one week.

Given that the issue probably can't be fixed with a hotfix, but instead it requires proper patching, Epic Games has decided to postpone all Qualifiers.
"To ensure all eligible players have the opportunity to compete, we are shifting each FNCS Qualifier back one week," Epic tweeted out.
In addition, it has been confirmed that Semis, Reboot Round, and Grand Finals dates will remain the same, but because the competition is now one week "short", there will no longer be a bye week.
