Epic Games will honor YouTube star Ali-A with his own Fortnite skin after the internet star teased that he would be joining the Fortnite Icon Series. The popular battle royale is already home to several notable figures, including sporting athletes, influencers, and music artists.
Now, Ali-A will join the likes of internet stars, Loserfruit, Ninja, Lachlan, TheGrefg, Lazarbeam, and Bugha, with the Ali-A Fortnite skin expected to release today on 15th May 2022. Here's everything we know about the Ali-A Fortnite skin.
Ali-A teases new Fortnite Icon Series skin
On 14th May 2022, Al-A uploaded a video to his social media pages, with the caption reading, "Goodbye." Ali-A was depicted as Guild, Aura's male counterpart, before giving a brief monologue in the video.
"It's time to say goodbye. But, don't worry, I won't be gone long. I never thought this would happen, but I'm so excited. So nervous. When I return, I'll look different. You'll see what I mean tomorrow," Ali-A said cryptically.
Toward the end of the video, a 24-hour countdown timer started, with a message reading, "See it first," followed by the Creative Map Code: 5135-8778-2901. Entering the code in the game reveals a blacked-out silhouette of what is believed to be Ali-A's new Fortnite Icon Series skin.

Some individuals like YouTuber Tabor Hill believe that Ali-A's new Icon Series skin could resemble his avatar in the Game On adventure comic series; however, with just a few hours remaining at the time of writing, we'll have to wait and see if fan speculation proved correct.
This latest announcement comes just hours after Epic Games unveiled their new RoboCop Outfit bundle and Maria "Chica" Lopez Fortnite Icon Series skin just last week. Still, loads of other skins are speculated for release ahead of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3, including Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jurassic World skins.
